What is Destiny for Women International? We are a place that focuses on all the needs of a woman to help her to become the woman she dreams of and is.  Each woman meets with a private coach to discuss her dreams, her goals and live.  This is not a gym, or just a weight loss studio.  This is a studio that is all about women.  Her goal is our goal.  We set a plan based on what her desires are.  Which can be life management, wellness, weight loss, mental health, muscle building, self care, soul things, skin care, and friends.  Each week she is provided with a 5 minute check up, or a half hour counseling coaching session every week.    This studio has a chic trendy vibe, but is for all women, all ethnicities, all ages.  We offer cooking classes, conference room meetings, education for nutrition, body life, vitamins, health and more.  We offer a skincare room, that helps a woman achieve her skincare goals, and a private counseling area to discuss one on one with a coach.  The workouts are all designed by DW.  Which vary in each class or workout design.  We offer interval training, stretch, body push, and more.  A smoothie bar, and social area is a big part of our Destiny for Women Studio.  Making friends forever.
